Program:

RE/MAX Tuscany is a real estate company based in Tuscany, Italy and specializing in commercial & residential properties in the Tuscany region where it operates. Five years ago, the company became a RE/MAX franchisee.

Significance:

The Tuscany office is a busy RE/MAX franchisee in the Tuscany region of Italy that joined the global real estate company five years ago.

Results:

With EmailBrain, RE/MAX creates and sends out via email custom-designed newsletters and notices, with links to details about new commercial and/or residential opportunities posted in their website. These information pieces are distributed to targeted lists of clients and prospects that have opted in for this service through a subscription form in Italian language available in their website. Information entered in the subscription form is automatically fed into EmailBrain’s database.

Challange:

Mr. Baricco called on a full service technology provider that would contribute the tools to keep their repeat clientele –mainly comprised of repeat clients- abreast of the new commercial and/or residential opportunities in their listings.  The company also required software that would allow automatic capture of leads from visits to their website.

Solution:

Mr. Baricco found EmailBrain while conducting an online search. The company tested EmailBrain’s services and decided to use the flexible, customizable features available for many of the company’s e-marketing needs. Visitors to the website must first fill out a subscription form before they can view listing information. The form asks for their name, email address and other demographic information. Through the EmailBrain software, the information entered in this form automatically goes to the company’s database, a process they had to complete manually in the past. EmailBrain’s subscription form allows a choice of English, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish languages, as opposed to other software tested which allowed only English.  The newsletter is created from one of the several EmailBrain templates and is sent out to a choice of names in their list of past, repeat and prospective clients and associates. Likewise, notices, invitations to open houses, walk throughs and other special events are also created from customized templates.
